Z1-DAS HAUS sits on the south shore of Zwenkauer See, with distinctive architecture that anchors the Revierhafen. Eleven apartments accommodate 2–6 people each, all oriented toward views of the lake and harbour. Most have balconies facing the water; apartments are accessed via a covered gallery providing privacy. Two restaurants operate on the ground floor. The location serves as a base for cycling through the surrounding Neuseenland region and water sports, with canoe, kayak, SUP and bike rentals available onsite.
