Seminarhaus Holzmannstett sits 50 km east of Munich near Wasserburg, on a 10,000 m² property surrounded by meadows, fields and forest with views south toward the mountains. The setting itself supports deep focus and reflection. Three seminar rooms ranging from 60–105 m² are equipped with modern technology, and bedrooms are simply furnished in light wood with harmonious proportions. A historic stone-vaulted hall with a fireplace and south-facing terrace forms the architectural heart. Vegetarian meals use mostly organic ingredients and are prepared fresh daily. Extensive gardens with seating areas and a sauna are on site. Nearby attractions include the Attel valley, Filzen moorlands, the Renaissance town of Wasserburg, and small lakes for swimming.
