The Romantik Hotel Tuchmacher is a historic building located in the heart of Görlitz's old town. Originally constructed in 1528 by city master Wendel Roskopf, the Renaissance structure features detailed sandstone portals, Gothic vaults, and decorated wooden ceilings from the Baroque period, offering an atmospheric experience. The hotel was carefully renovated in 1998 and comprises four interconnected houses, now serving as a boutique hotel with 60 rooms and suites. On-site amenities include banquet and conference facilities, as well as a modern wellness area with a fitness zone. The restaurant, Schneider Stube, provides a selection of regional specialty dishes from Saxony and Silesia, crafted by chef Robert Kalich.
