The Birkenblatt Hotel in Burglengenfeld is developed from the historic Gasthof Gerstmeier. After nearly 15 months of extensive renovation, it offers a modern concept while retaining its original character. The hotel features flexible twin rooms that can be arranged as doubles or two singles, each equipped with a workspace, wardrobe, water kettle, and a large flat-screen TV. Single rooms provide similar amenities, with some including a sofa bed. A breakfast buffet offers a variety of cheeses, yogurt, muesli, spreads, fresh bread and rolls, coffee, fruit juices, and eggs from an organic farm, with a vegetarian and vegan focus.
