Franken HSG operates themed apartments and wellness facilities across the Franconian Lake District. Properties include restored half-timbered houses with modern amenities, private spas featuring saunas, whirlpools, steam cabins and infrared facilities, and a hotel in Heidenheim. The Hopfenperle guesthouse in Spalt offers eight apartments ranging from double rooms to wellness suites, while the Mönchswald guesthouse in Muhr am See provides six apartments and private spas. Facilities include on-site laundry services and access to wine country, brewing heritage, and outdoor activities. A historic brewery building dating from the 18th century is being converted into additional apartments with beer wellness experiences and a small craft brewery.
