Der Moarhof is a heritage-protected farmstead in Roßholzen on the Samerberg, surrounded by the Chiemgauer Alps in a valley between the Inn and Chiemsee rivers. Dating from 1848, it offers a distinctive atmosphere blending tradition with contemporary design. The property features a historic Tenne barn illuminated by modern lighting for 50–200 guests, a cosy Moar-Sepp-Stub'n for 70–120 guests, an elegant foyer with panoramic south-facing views, an expansive apple orchard garden, and a children's programme called Mini-Moarhof. Spaces are equipped with modern facilities and climate control. Only one event takes place per day on the grounds, ensuring exclusivity and dedicated team attention. The farmstead is recognised for its stewardship of its historical significance.
