The Grüner Baum Inn is a family-owned hotel with a history dating back to 1533, in possession of our family since 1849. It is situated in Diebach, approximately 4.5 km northwest of Neustadt an der Aisch, first mentioned in records in 912. The village is divided by the Rempelsbach stream, which separates the parish church for each side of the village. The hotel offers traditional Franconian cuisine and serves as a gathering point for local residents, with facilities suitable for family and corporate celebrations. It includes two meeting rooms, and two double and two single non-smoking rooms equipped with modern amenities.
